I didn’t get to make the show this year because of other commitments. Would like to make the one next year. What is the date and do you judge the boats and give awards. What is the charge to enter, etc.
we just finished the Madisonville Wooden Boat Show, Oct. 15, 16. Was a great show and the museum made money.
Walter, we’d love to have you join us in April.
The show is April 20-22, 2012. There is NO entry fee!
We haven’t had any contests or judging thus far. It’s really a casual meet of enthusiasts showing off their boats. We have talked about awards at some point in the future, but not quite yet.

Good morning Roger this is Steve Moreau. the wife and I would like to attend the 2015 show. Everything we viewed on the site looks very exciting. We own a 1960 Higgins Port Royal and would love to bring it and make the ride down from Breau Bridge but I’m don’t believe the boat will be ready this spring. We are still planing to show up for the show. Have the dates been set yet? And are there RV spots at or near the location. We are planing out 2015 and making reservations.
Thanks The Moreau’s
